Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

You may return products under the following conditions:

Before returning any product, contact us at contact@nunaat.com, informing the invoice date, invoice number and order number, and describe the reasons of the return. You will receive a return authorization number and a return form to be filled out completely.

The products must be be in their original condition and unopened.

For a full refund the products should be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Securely repack the items and ship them to the address located in the return form.

Please include in the package the completed return form along with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.

Nunaat pays for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Receiving a Refund

We will request a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items shipped to our Returns Department, expect your refund within 4 weeks of the date of your return shipment (though in many cases you will receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes (estimate):

5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper;

3 to 5 business days for us to process your return;

The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the return instructions above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Department.
